Yes, we're getting a new sim. It's already ordered. <3 This gives us tons of new options and benefits. Lag Drop, Commercial Land Plots, Residential Land Plots, Road & Sidewalk Access and MORE!

Now you'll be able to drive out of your garage and go visit your friend down the street or drive down town and buy some fabulous new clothes and then head to the newly designed beach or the drive in theatre (more to come) to see what's going on in the neighbourhood, and then head on up to the club for a night of heavy dancing...and whatever happens when you get home from the club <3

SUMMER TAIL SALE
The Summer Tail Sale is coming up, you may of hear about it, we may of hinted at it, but here it is guys and girls.

All applications are due by Wed 14th and a live bid event will be done on Sat. July 17th starting at 2PM SLT.

All tail sale applications that are accepted, will be invited to another group - to get more in-depth updates, anyone else who would like an invite to keep track, for bidding purposes please let me know.

Yes there's a new club! If you don't know yet then you should log into SL and check it out, run around, have fun, do whatever etc.

Here's a list of some of the features so far:

Map: There's a map now, if you can't find it..well I'm not making a map for the map lol, the map is right in front of you when you teleport up to the club and walk through the fishy tunnel thingy (The GYC Aquatics Center I guess o.O).



Bar:
The bar has been modified in order to spread out the crowd a little bit in order to have a good dance floor to seating ratio, blending the two crowds together instead of separating them. Again all the texturing has been limited to pretty much 1-3 textures so fast response time also. :>

Private Rooms/Yiff Rooms:
The yiff rooms for all those people asking "WHERE ARE THEY NOW I WANT SEX!" they're behind the DJ booth. Just walk down the ramp onto the dancefloor and turn around and you should see a sign on either side pointing to the room behind the dj booth. We now have an improved YiffHub System courtesy of Raithsphere the amazing builder which should make room selection much nicer. <3

Living Room:
This is where we've added the video component to SL. We've added an enhanced television with youtube functionality with search available in world. Currently it's set to estate group so you may have to grab a staff member to fool around with the television for now, but soon we're looking into showing full length movies as well as we're working on possibly setting it up under the VIP group or possibly setting it up for full public usage. (Still a few security measures to take first though. We're still reading through the SL terms & conditions for public viewing of video content etc. blah blah blah...it's a long read.)

GYC Merch. Shop:
This is where you can find GYC exclusive products as well it will be of interest for those who like to throw release parties as this will allow prolonged viewing of their vendor in the club instead of just during the release party for those who may have missed the party but are still interested in purchase. Plus we'll also think of some more fun stuff to put in here soon enough.

Event's Hall:
We now have a fully functional event's hall built into the very structure of the club. A playground for the event's staff, dancers, escorts, etc. This will allow for more frequent/compact tail sales and any other stage shows we can come up with. i.e. if there's anything that you would like to do in front of a large crowd of people feel free to use the stage with excellent lighting. <3

This build overall has allowed us to cut down on prim usage significantly and designing the entire thing from scratch should help with rezz time/ lag etc. because we've been able to recycle textures and scripts to make it run much more efficient.

(A lot of rezz time is spent on avatars and loading 30-60 people. But keeping the club as efficient as possible should allow a lot less time to go to loading the club and more time to load your friends.)

Pool: (The pool will be brought up soon enough once we're able to figure out how to move the entire building. It's a newer build and has already been re-textured/scripted for faster loading time. But I figured I'd let you guys know for those of you who keep trying to walk through the pool sign and are unable to. lol But yes that is where the doorway will be...)
